Ken Stephens, former president of B&H Publishing Group, has joined the Nashville staff of The Gideons International to coordinate the printing of Bibles and New Testaments and manage translation rights.

Stephens retired Jan. 15 after 11 years of leading the trade division of parent company LifeWay Christian Resources. Stephens estimated that he helped distribute about 10 million Bibles with B&H Publishing Group. The Gideons distribute that number every 50 days in almost 90 languages in 187 countries.
