Episodes of the first two seasons of Gospel Dream, Gospel Music Channel's nationwide talent search, will run Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT beginning Sept. 5. They will also air Sundays at 4 p.m. The 13-week run of encore presentations is in anticipation of the start of the show's third season, which will be announced later this year. Gospel Music Channel and Zomba Gospel Group, a division of Sony/BMG, first launched Gospel Dream in 2005 as Gospel Music Channel's national talent search for America's next great gospel star. The show was created by Executive Producer Elvin Ross.
After competing with thousands of aspiring artists, Gospel Dream named Brian Smith, a Michigan radio disc jockey, its first winner. Smith released his Zomba Gospel debut, Love Letter |
