Tyson Paoletti has been promoted to general manager of BEC Recordings, according to Tooth & Nail Records/BEC Recordings officials. Paoletti, formerly director of marketing at Tooth & Nail Records, has been with the label for six-and-a-half years. Tooth & Nail Records/BEC Recordings' President and CEO Brandon Ebel said Paoletti was “one of Tooth & Nail/BEC's most valuable assets. He brings so many incredible skills to the table: he's a natural leader, a creative thinker and a motivated problem solver.” Ebel noted that Paoletti has been instrumental in marketing Jeremy Camp, Hawk Nelson, Kutless, Underoath and Thousand Foot Krutch. “We are incredibly excited to have him on our team, and he truly is the perfect fit as BEC continues to grow and develop,” Ebel said.
Paoletti's new role will include developing current and new artists, overseeing all marketing aspects, strategic planning and balancing releases as well as day-to-day operations of BEC Recordings.
