B&H Publishing Group plans to unveil a fiction line with new staff, tagline and authors July 3 at the International Christian Retail Show in Atlanta.

David Webb heads up the fiction line as executive editor and Karen Ball has joined B&H as senior acquisitions editor, company officials said.

“We are focusing on authors who are lost in the story,” Ball said. “Not just authors who want to sell books, but authors who have a story that just won't let them go.”

B&H has developed the tagline “Pure Enjoyment,” which “means pure unadulterated stories that leave a good impression on your soul,” Webb said. “That also translates into pure romance, pure suspense, pure thriller,” he added.

The fiction line will feature romance, suspense and literary novels. B&H Fiction will release three books this coming year: Snow Angel by Jamie Carie, Sisters Ink by Rebeca Seitz and Elvis Takes a Back Seat by veteran Harlequin author Leanna Ellis.
