Religious Book sales continued to grow strongly in 2006, according to the Book Industry Trends 2007, a comprehensive view of U.S. book publishing dollar and unit sales.

With an increase of 5.6% in net revenue, the religion segment showed the highest growth in dollar sales. The Adult Trade category came second, with revenue growth of 3.9%, followed by Professional at 3.2% and College at 3.1%.
