The first-of-its-kind charismatic publishing celebration to be held in Atlanta next week is set to reach a wider audience. Evening music and ministry sessions at the Charisma Book Expo are to be broadcast live on the Internet and recorded for TV screening at a later date.

The Sept. 27-30 event at the Georgia International Convention Center will combine a trade show and public celebration of the growing charismatic publishing market.

The three evening gatherings will feature music by Judy Jacobs and speaker Zachery Tims (Sept. 27), followed by Marco Barrientos and Kimberley Daniels (Sept. 28), and Martha Munizzi and John Bevere (Sept. 29). Each event will be broadcast live by streamingfaith.com and recorded for later presentation on the Daystar Television Network.

“We're excited that Daystar had decided to televise this event,” said Stephen Strang, president and CEO of Strang Communications, which is hosting the expo along with seven partners. “It will help more people know not only about charismatic authors but also the entire Christian products industry. And, I think it will help generate excitement for next year's event.”

In addition to inspirational presentations by leading speakers and writers, the expo will feature private ministry opportunities, and industry-focused workshops and panel discussions. Scores of Christian product and ministry exhibitors will be featured in a sold-out exhibition area that will be open to the public as well as retailers and suppliers.
