Dicksons has purchased the assets of Ton Communications, which transfers titles of all Ton products, trademarks, patents, designs and poems. The grouping constitutes more than 150 gift SKUs and 150 greeting card SKUs. Dicksons will assume ownership of www.giftsoffaith.com and www.christmasnail.com along with Ton's toll-free number.

Ton has been supplying the gift marketplace with a number of successful products for more than 10 years. The Crown of Thorns and Christmas Nail have been solid sellers for the Christian retail channel, along with the Christmas Keys and the Christmas Door.

“We are genuinely pleased to have this opportunity to expand our offering of quality gift products and service to retailers of inspirational gift products,” said James M. Potts, president of Dicksons, a 61-year-old privately held Indiana corporation that manufactures and distributes biblically based gift products. “This acquisition will continue our efforts to benefit retailers by providing one-stop shopping for inspirational gifts and single-location distribution.”
