Released Dec. 4 by Lionsgate and distributed by Thomas Nelson, the DVD is from best-selling author, exercise physiologist and founder of Prayfit.com Jimmy Peña. On the DVD, he presents a 33-day, 33-minute program that builds strength, stamina and flexibility using only a person's body weight. Peña—whose clients have included Tyler Perry and Mario Lopez—also offers four "Prayfit Minutes," which provide inspiration for each week.
