Tyndale House Publishers received a visit last week from the wife of the president of Ghana, Her Excellency Mrs. Ernestina Naadu Mills. After meeting with Tyndale executives, Her Excellency Mrs. Mills addressed Tyndale employees in an assembly, took a tour of the campus and had lunch in the boardroom with invited guests.

Jeff Johnson, Tyndale's chief operating officer, said the visit was a "privilege" and observed that Mills had a "servant's heart," adding: "May it be that more leaders around the world would have this kind of servant's heart versus being caught up in how they can benefit from their position and power."

Mills had requested the visit to the publisher because of she and her husband's familiarity with the company's products, including the Life Application Study Bible and the NLT Study Bible, and has facilitated the distribution of the company's products in the Republic of Ghana. During the visit, she presented Johnson with a carved wooden globe crafted in Ghana.

Marie H. Little, widow of well-known evangelism author Paul E. Little, died July 28 at the age of 91.

In recent years, Little spent her time revising her late husband's best-selling InterVarsity Press books How to Give Away Your Faith, Know What You Believe and Know Why You Believe.

Little went as a missionary to China in 1947 and was caught in the communist takeover. She was the last missionary left at the Borden Memorial Hospital in North West China. In 1951 she was finally granted approval to leave the country.

Upon her return, she joined InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and met Paul. They were married and have two children Deborah and Paul.

Paul E. Little was killed in a car accident in Canada in July 1975, and since then Marie has carried on a wide ministry of teaching and practicing evangelism.
