We asked, as a consumer which retail stores do you most enjoy shopping at and why? What can they teach others?

"For me, Williams-Sonoma is a favorite. They seem to know who they are and they do it well. Their staff tends to be very knowledgeable, and they always have that item that you couldn't find elsewhere. The experience I have there is so good I don't mind the cost, which at times has been more than other stores.

"Another example
for me is Publix. I love this store. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and the sandwiches you can get at the deli counter are fantastic. The stores are clean and comfortable, and the fruit department is always appetizing to walk through. I get the sense that they care."
