Details of the winners of the 2008 Christian Retailing Retailers Choice Awards have been gathered in a downloadable list of the prizewinning books, gifts, music and other materials.

Winners in 31 categories were announced at the International Christian Retail Show last month, and are detailed in the Aug. 11 issue of Christian Retailing.

Thomas Nelson outpaced competitors and came away with nearly a third of the prizes in the awards program, including sharing the Audio category for The Word of Promise New Testament Audio Bible with Zondervan and its Inspired By… The Bible Experience: The Complete Bible.

With nearly 250 nominations from suppliers, retailers were asked to judge nominations on the impact they have had on store staff and customers, including their ability to speak to hearts and evoke emotion, open minds to new ways of thinking, and encourage and affirm Christlike living.
