Please accept this invitation to participate in our annual Critical Issues Watch survey. The survey focuses on five key issues facing the industry-- trust, traffic, technology, training and financial stability--as identified by CBA President Bill Anderson in early 2004.

We will use your answers to measure progress in the critical issues, and we'll report on the results in our January 2006 edition. As always, your answers are confidential. No one will be able to link your identity with your comments.
