Running a successful retail business in the 21st century requires so much more than good selection and friendly clerks. Customers look for a store that gives them more for their money, and the performance bar is raised higher and higher every year.

Our seventh Critical Issues Watch takes a look at these “extras” and asks for your opinion and experience regarding a number of them.
