Roach is the worship pastor at Morning Star Church, one of the fastest-growing churches in Missouri. More than half-a-million Women of Faith Amazing Freedom conference attendees have sung two songs from Every Reason Why-"You Are" and "Amazing." Additionally, Roach's songs are featured on the Women of Faith Worship Team CD, Amazing Freedom.
