The Creation Festival has announced a renewed partnership with iTunes, the Internet's leading digital music provider. The two will work together again to provide music fans with free song downloads from artists performing at this year's events, Creation Festival officials said.

Creation and iTunes first partnered together last year by making redeemable gift cards available to all Creation Northwest attendees, marking the first time that the digital music provider had partnered with a Christian organization in this way.

"Creation and iTunes partnered together last summer to supply over 25,000 download cards to every attendee at Creation '06 Northwest and saw record-breaking returns through download submissions," said Nick Kulb, director of marketing and sales for Creation Festival.

Billed as the largest outdoor Christian music and teaching festival of its kind, Creation Northeast was held June 27-30 in Mount Union, Penn. Creation Northwest was to start yesterday and run through July 28 in George, Wash.

This year's Creation Festival artists include Switchfoot, Newsboys, Casting Crowns, BarlowGirl, Emery, John Reuben, Flyleaf, Israel & New Breed, Project 86, Fireflight, David Crowder Band and Kutless. For more information about the Creation Festival, visit www.creationfest.com.
