Christianity Today Inc. publications took the lion's share of the annual Evangelical Press Association's Higher Goals awards at the organization's convention in Minneapolis, last month, going home with six first places in 26 categories. Marriage Partnership scored two firsts, for best interview article and best general article, while flagship Christianity Today was judged top in the personality article category. The Chicago-based publisher also took the top spot for humorous article (Leadership), poetry (Books & Culture) and single photo, controlled (Campus Life). Other Higher Goals awards: Biblical exposition - Preaching; Cause of the Year: AIDS - The Charlotte World; Critical review - SCP Journal; Editorial - Israel My Glory; Evangelistic article - The Plain Truth; Fiction - Christian Home & School; First-person article - Christian Camp and Conference Journal; Reporting - The Lutheran Witness; Single-theme issue - On Mission; Standing Column - Christian Research Journal.
