LifeWay Christian Stores is holding a Red, White & Blue Sale in celebration of Independence Day. In the chain's latest catalog, customers can find a coupon for 40% off all clearance items for the week of July 4; fiction and nonfiction books, including Max Lucado's God's Promises for You, at $5 each; and a selection of Bibles for children, women and all readers for $10 each.

In stores only, customers can take advantage of LifeWay's "music blowout sale," with hundreds of CDs available priced from $6.99 to $10. Pre-buys (up to five per customer) are also being encouraged of Third Day's Revelation. For $7.99, shoppers receive the new CD, a $5 savings card and a free T-shirt.

DVD shoppers can buy various titles at half off, and those who purchase Hermie: The Uncommon DJ DVD may receive a CD of the same title free.

LifeWay locations were open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, June 21, the longest day of the year. A 33%-off coupon benefited early bird and night owl customers, while others received discounts depending on their total purchase price.
