Thomas Nelson Publishers and Zondervan lead the field in this year's Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) Christian Book Awards with six titles each in the list of finalists in six categories.

Nearly 240 titles published in 2007 were reviewed by 72 judges, with the winners to be announced the first night of this year's International Christian Retail Show, July 13, in a joint awards ceremony with CBA.

Bibles: The Apologetics Study Bible (B&H Publishing Group); Aspire: The New Women of Color Study Bible (Zondervan); Dad's Bible: The Father's Plan by Robert Wolgemuth (Thomas Nelson); Discover God Study Bible by editors Robert Barnes, David Barrett and Brenda Josee (Tyndale House Publishers); and The Word of Promise New Testament Audio Bible (Thomas Nelson).
