John Glynn, a respected authority on biblical resources, died April 8 in Massachusetts, according to Kregel Publications. Glynn, 52, was the author of Commentary & Reference Survey. Kregel released the 10th edition of the reference book in March.

Seminary students, pastors and professors have utilized Glynn's survey, Web site, e-mails and articles as guides to biblical and theological resources, Kregel said in a statement. A graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Glynn also attended Moody Bible Institute and Dallas Theological Seminary.
