Oasis Audio's “Brevity” line will launch in April, which will offer consumers a practical, low-cost audio alternative, company officials said. The line's initial three titles will be You Are Captivating: Celebrating a Mother's Heart by John & Stasi Eldredge, You Have What It Takes: What Every Father Needs to Know by John Eldredge and Organizing for Life by Sandra Felton. Three titles by Deborah Smith Pegues, 30 Days to Taming Your Finances, 30 Days to Taming Your Tongue: What You Say (and Don't Say) Will Improve Your Relationships and 30 Days to Taming Your Stress, will be released in May. In June, “Brevity” will release Understanding Islam by Nabeel Jabbour, Identity Theft: Protecting Yourself From an Unprotected World and Cashing It In: Getting Ready for a World Without Money by Ethan Pope. One- and two-CD packages of the line will sell for $9.99 and $12.99, respectively. “We want to give consumers a lower-cost entry point into audiobooks and also make it easy to buy them for friends as gifts,” Associate Publisher Dan Balow said.
Oasis Audio is the leading audiobook publisher in the Christian market, releasing 80-120 titles annually.
