CBA and Above the Treeline have announced a “joining of services” for Christian stores participating in CBA's CROSS:SCAN sales statistics program.

A CBA statement said the expanded partnership between the two groups would provide Above the Treeline's retail data management and analysis tool at a reduced cost for CBA member stores and “make participation in CBA's CROSS:SCAN program seamless.” Participating stores submitting data to CROSS:SCAN through Above the Treeline would be able to receive reports through the latter service.

CBA's goal through the services' partnership was to make the transmission and analysis of retail sales data “easier, less time-consuming and more valuable for Christian retailers,” said CBA President and CEO Bill Anderson.

Retailers who submit to CROSS:SCAN through Above the Treeline can access reports through Treeline's Web site. The statement said CBA member retailers who are already using Above the Treeline will now save money under the expanded agreement due to new, reduced rates for existing CBA members who are also Treeline subscribers, which started Dec. 1.
