Integra Interactive Inc. announced it has been chosen to present “The Store of the Near Future” for CBA at the International Christian Retail Show (ICRS) to be held July 9-13 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

Located in the Retail Support area of the exhibit floor, the exhibit will encompass 800 square feet. Individual focal areas for music, kids, books and Bibles will be created within the space.

“Using selected fixtures as the backdrop, we'll be creating little slices of a store and then showing how technology will enhance the shopper's experience,” said Integra CEO David Amster. “These are not 'dream ideas.' Everything shown will be happening very soon.”

Retailers visiting The Store of the Near Future will also see new ideas in shelf-level merchandising to highlight core books in major categories. “Shoppers today are overloaded with information,” Amster said. “What they really want are solutions, and this is what we plan to highlight.”

Scott Graham, CBA's meetings and expositions director, said the name of the display was selected because “the focus will be on technologies that will be available within the industry over the next six to 18 months.”
