Integrity Music signs agreement with Chelsea Road |

Integrity Music announced today that it has signed an exclusive marketing and distribution agreement with Toronto-based Chelsea Road Productions Company for its award-winning “God Rocks!” product line and new “BibleToons” line extension. The partnership is intended as an overall branding strategy that will “position 'God Rocks!' and 'BibleToons' as diverse and prolific kids' brands,” the company said in a statement. “God Rocks!” DVD and CD titles have won Telly, Covenant, Angel and Vibe awards, and feature animated characters, original music and story lines based on biblical values. “BibleToons,” a new series that sets NIV scripture to retro-rock-sounding songs, will include DVDs, CDs and softcover books. Both product lines target children ages 5 to 10. Integrity will release both the “God Rocks!” and “BibleToons” products worldwide through Provident-Integrity Distribution with the exception of Canada, where distribution will continue through Christian Marketing Canada. The “God Rocks!” titles will be available in Christian stores beginning Dec. 27, and the first new “BibleToons” titles are set to release Feb. 28.
In addition to music and video products, Chelsea Road is working with DayStar TV to produce children's programming, with Standard Publishing to publish church curriculum and with Oriental Trading Company/Fun Express to create plush toys and accessories. The company also launched a tour that combines animation with a live “God Rocks!” band.
