The Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) has announced the top five finalists for the ECPA Charles "Kip" Jordon Book of the Year Award. Each year Christian retailers vote for this award. This year they responded by online ballot distributed by CBA, choosing the one book they believe reflects the highest level of excellence in spiritual content, quality and impact on the culture. The top five finalists for this year's award are Experiencing the Passion of Jesus by Lee Strobel and Garry Poole, Zondervan; Great Lives: Job by Charles R. Swindoll, W Publishing Group; It's Not About Me by Max Lucado, Integrity Publishers; Searching for Heaven on Earth by David Jeremiah, Integrity Publishers; and Seeking Him by Nancy Leigh DeMoss and Tim Grissom, Moody Publishers.
The winner will be presented at the ECPA Gold Medallion & CBA Retailer Impact Awards Celebration July 11 at 7 p.m. in conjunction with the International Christian Retail Show in Denver.
