LifeWay Christian has acquired three Seattle-area stores formerly owned by Evangel Stores. The stores are located in Bellevue, Shoreline and Issaquah and opened as LifeWay stores this month.

"We are delighted to be acquiring the Evangel Stores and expanding their regional ministry in the Northwest," said Mark Scott, vice president of LifeWay Christian Stores, a division of LifeWay Christian Resources. "We look forward to serving people and churches by providing them the life-changing products and service that our stores offer."

The stores bring the number of LifeWay retail locations to 122 stores in 23 states.
