chris-tomlin-concert-madison-square-gardenChris Tomlin saw a longtime vision come to life last week as more than 35,000 people came together for his Worship Night in America events, selling out New York City's Madison Square Garden, Denver's Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Sacramento, California's Sleep Train Arena.

The tour brought people together for a time of worship and prayer for the nation. Special guests Louie Giglio, Max Lucado, Matt Redman, Kari Jobe, Rend Collective, Israel Houghton, Matt Maher, Phil Wickham and Hillsong's Reuben Morgan appeared with Tomlin.

Additionally, Tomlin will be releasing a new Christmas album, ADORE: Christmas Songs of Worship (Capitol Christian Music Group/Capitol Christian Distribution), this October. The album is the follow-up to his RIAA Gold-certified 2012 holiday project, Glory in the Highest. Recorded live at Ocean Way Recording Studios in Nashville, the album features special guests Crowder, Lauren Daigle and All Sons & Daughters.

Tomlin plans to head out on a Christmas tour in support of the album. The tour will launch Dec. 5 in Knoxville, Tennessee, following the second leg of the Love Ran Red tour, featuring Ireland's Rend Collective.

Singles from Love Ran Red continue to climb the charts. Tomlin recently tied for the most top 10 singles in the history of Billboard's Hot Christian Songs chart, as his current hit, "At the Cross (Love Ran Red)," broke into the top 10. He tied for the record with MercyMe and Casting Crowns.

Last week Tomlin also garnered four GMA Dove Award nominations, including Contemporary Christian Artist of the Year, Worship Album of the Year and Worship Song of the Year.
