Tyndale Momentum, an imprint of Tyndale House Publishers, today announced that it will publish former NFL coach and NBC's Football Night in America analyst Tony Dungy's first marriage book early next year.

To be released Feb. 11, Uncommon Marriage: What We've Learned About Lasting Love and Overcoming Life's Obstacles Together will be written by Dungy and his wife, Lauren, with Nathan Whitaker. The hardcover will retail for $22.99.

In Uncommon Marriage, the couple will impart principles they have learned during their 31-year marriage. The Dungys, who have nine children, will "offer hope, encouragement and practical advice to those who would like their marriages to be better, but aren't sure what to do differently," company officials said.

"Tyndale Momentum highly values its relationship with the Dungys," said Tyndale Momentum Publisher Jan Long Harris. "We are thrilled to have Lauren join Tony to write about their love story, as well as address a question that even couples in the best marriages must answer from time-to-time: How can we make our relationship stronger?"

Uncommon Marriage will be the first in a series of marriage products from the Dungys. The trade book will be followed by a devotional and a DVD curriculum. An audio edition of Uncommon Marriage will release simultaneously.

Dungy's books with Tyndale Momentum have sold more than 2.5 million copies, Tyndale officials said. His memoir, Quiet Strength—released in August 2007 and co-written by Whitaker—has sold more than 1.2 million copies to become one of the best-selling sports titles in history, reaching No. 1 on the New York Times best-sellers list.

Dungy's second book, Uncommon: Finding Your Path to Significance, reached No. 2 on the New York Times best-sellers list in February 2009 and has sold more than 500,000 copies. His third book, The Mentor Leader, also reached No. 2 on the New York Times list in August 2010. Dungy's fourth book, The One Year Uncommon Life Daily Challenge (2012), also made the New York Times best-sellers list.
