TobyMac.CroppedWinter Jam Tour Spectacular is reporting a record-setting 23 sellouts to date this year. Having visited 24 cities at the tour’s mid-point, Winter Jam has seen almost 300,000 attendees, with 20 more concerts slated through March.

Winter Jam drew more than 19,000 people at the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa, Fla., and 18,000 at Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio, while nearly 16,000 packed Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, N.C.

Founded and hosted by GRAMMY-nominated NewSong, the top-ranking tour is headlined by GRAMMY-winning, multi-Platinum recording artist TobyMac. The tour, which launched its unprecedented 18th year Jan. 4 in Charleston, W.Va., is presented by World Vision and promoted by Premier Productions. Featuring RED, Matthew West, Jamie Grace, Sidewalk Prophets and Royal Tailor, with a message from speaker Nick Hall, Winter Jam’s Youth Music Vault Pre-Jam Party includes performances from Jason Castro, OBB and Capital Kings.

Winter Jam has been the No. 1 tour in the world (first quarter) for the last two consecutive years, based on attendance, according to Pollstar's 2012 Worldwide First Quarter Ticket Sales Charts—Top 100 Tours.

Future tour stops include the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Sears Centre Arena in Chicago, the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tenn., and Wolstein Center in Cleveland. Winter Jam will conclude March 30 at AT&T Center in San Antonio.
