Ray Comfort to emcee ‘spring break’ concert

Evangelist and speaker Ray Comfort, author of World Religions in a Nutshell and Comfort Food (both Bridge-Logos Publishers), will emcee Beach Blast!, a Christian rock concert and outreach-featuring bands such as Pillar, Fireflight and Me in Motion--scheduled for Saturday, March 28, at South Beach Park in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Sponsored by Apocalypse Evangelism Ministries, the free event will also feature race car driver Blake Koch and pro surfer Cheyne Cottrell.

"This will be a spring break that can change the next generation," organizers said. "We are out to reach those who would never step foot in a church. And now they don't have to, we are bringing the message to them."
