VeggieTales greeting cards and children's room décor are among the new licenses announced for the popular children's brand by Big Idea.

A VeggieTales Easter card will release this spring as part of a new partnership with DaySpring that will also see Hallmark's Christian subsidiary produce song cards, everyday and seasonal counter cards, ornaments, partyware and gift wrap.

An agreement with The Northwest Company will see the introduction of a line including twin-size bedding with matching rug, throws and pillows. Bendon Publishing is to release a series of VeggieTales coloring and activity books and sticker books.

The new licensees join Random House (books), Blue-Box (toys), Pint Size Productions (plush), ConAgra (snack foods) and Rasta Imposta (costumes) in teaming up with the VeggieTales makers. The new additions were "perfect partners to help us expand our mission to deliver VeggieTales products that touch the lives of families and children," said Big Idea Director of Licensing Jenny Kaufman.
