EPA convention features ‘Awards of Excellence’ Print Email

The Evangelical Press Association (EPA) convention presented its annual "Awards of Excellence" in Christian publishing in Dallas, May 5-7. The contest honored the best work done by EPA publications in 2009.

For the second year in a row, Sojourners took the award in the General category, while Leadership also won for Christian Ministries. Pentecostal Evangel was named best Denominational publication. Charles Stanley's In Touch took the award in the Devotional category, and Word Alive for Missionary publications.

For the second year in a row, best Newsletter went to The Voice of the Martyrs. Minnesota Christian Chronicle was recognized in the Newspaper category. Plugged In was named the top Online publication, and WHEATON took the award in the Organizational category for the second consecutive year. Clubhouse Jr. won for Youth, and Fusion was named Most Improved Publication.
