Contemporary Christian band Big Daddy Weave and K-LOVE Radio Network have launched a campaign to honor military families during Christmastime.

Influenced by "I'll Be Brave This Christmas," the new radio single from Big Daddy Weave's recently released Christ Is Come (Fervent Records/Word Distribution), the campaign seeks to celebrate and thank American soldiers by helping their families in need.

Launched from Big Daddy Weave's Web site and K-LOVE's Wall of Prayer, a nomination form has been posted to process naming military families who will benefit from the campaign.

K-LOVE affiliate Amazon.com is hosting online gift registries for each chosen family, and Fervent's parent company--Word Entertainment--is coordinating efforts to help fulfill each registry.

Before K-LOVE kicked off the on-air promotion this week, Big Daddy Weave pushed the initiative through its mailing list and social media pages, in addition to promoting it on its Christmas tour with NewSong.
