'Love Finds a Home' in Christian retail

Based on the eighth installment of Janette Oke's "Love Comes Softly" series (Bethany House Publishers/Baker Publishing Group), the Love Finds a Home DVD was recently released by Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment and distributed to Christian retail by Word Distribution.

Released Nov. 10, the movie tells the story of Dr. Belinda Simpson (Sarah Jones) and her husband, Lee (Jordan Bridges), who have a strained relationship over Belinda's inability to get pregnant. The DVD retails for $22.98.

The previous DVD titles in the series--Love Comes Softly, Love's Enduring Promise, Love's Long Journey, Love's Abiding Joy, Love's Unending Legacy, Love's Unfolding Dream and Love Takes Wing--have ranked as the highest-rated films in the history of The Hallmark Channel, and have been mainstays on the Christian retail channel's top 10 adult titles chart. The series has sold more than 3.5 million DVDs, according to Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
