Reimbursement Information
We offer our registrants the opportunity to attend the event
with virtually no out of pocket expense. If they qualify – they can attend
without a registration fee, hotel cost, or meal cost during for event. A travel allowance is also available to help
control each store’s cost. To qualify – they are asked to support our event
exhibitors by submitting a minimum number of orders and attend product
presentations during the event. These
incentives are offered to help stimulate traffic and buying on the Exhibit
Floor for Christian Retailing’s Retailing ReBOOT 2011 Event!
Here is how a registrant can attend Retailing ReBOOT
2011 for FREE.
- Pre-Register
by April 1, 2011 to qualify for the following reimbursement:
A. Place orders with
30 exhibitors and attend a product presentation from 10 others to receive:
Lunch and Dinner Meals FREE for two
people from your store *
Training Sessions FREE
Up to 2 nights at the Florida Hotel
& Conference Center
Up to $100 travel allowance (airfare
or mileage) per store

One night at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center
Up to $50 travel allowance (airfare or mileage) per store

** Accommodation reimbursements
will be made up to but not exceeding Christian Retailing’s room rate of
$99.00/night (base rate only) for a standard room at the approved event
hotel. Guests are responsible for any
and all hotel taxes and fees. Christian
Retailing will not reimburse additional charges for room upgrades or amenities
charged to your room.
*** Mileage for attendee’s that drive to
the event will be reimbursed at a rate of up to .25 cents per mile (with a
maximum of $100)
