Conference Hotel

This year's event – Retailing Reboot 2011 – is Hosted at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center, 1500 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL   32809, the "Friendliest Hotel in Orlando!"  The Hotel is conveniently located at the Florida Mall, Orlando's largest retail shopping venue, offering JC Penney, Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Sears, and 257 specialty stores.

A Rate of $99.00 per night has been negotiated for the attendees and exhibitors of Retailing Reboot 2011, plus service fee and tax.  Rooms include the following amenities:

  • Unlimited high speed internet in all guest rooms and in the business center
  • Free self parking.
  • Two bottles of water upon arrival and replenished daily.
  • 24 hour access to our state of the art fitness center and Tropically heated pool

Registration Information – Exhibitors

A special Exhibitor Registration Form has been created for our Exhibitors. We are attempting to answer all of your questions in this Exhibitor Information Kit to help make this an easy event to manage and to participate in.  We ask our exhibitors to register their attendance in advance so we can prepare accurate credentials in advance of your arrival.  The Exhibitor Registration Form is included in this packet.

Registration Information – Conference Attendees

A special site has been created for our Conference attendee's to register.  The registration form includes some Survey questions – and the responses to these questions and the Full Registration List (to date) will be sent to exhibitors on April 1st – about one 3 weeks prior to the start of the event.  Additional updated lists will be sent to each vendor every week.   A Full registration list will also be sent to each exhibitor by May 1st, 2011 following the event with all updates on who attended the event. Conference attendee's should register here.

Reimbursement Information

We offer our registrants the opportunity to attend the event with virtually no out of pocket expense. If they qualify – they can attend without a registration fee, hotel cost, or meal cost during for event.  A travel allowance is also available to help control each store’s cost. To qualify – they are asked to support our event exhibitors by submitting a minimum number of orders and attend product presentations during the event.  These incentives are offered to help stimulate traffic and buying on the Exhibit Floor for Christian Retailing’s Retailing ReBOOT 2011 Event!

Here is how a registrant can attend Retailing ReBOOT 2011 for FREE.

  1. Pre-Register by April 1, 2011 to qualify for the following reimbursement:

A.  Place orders with 30 exhibitors and attend a product presentation from 10 others to receive:

Lunch and Dinner Meals FREE for two people from your store *

Training Sessions FREE

Up to 2 nights at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center

Up to $100 travel allowance (airfare or mileage) per store

 

  1. Place orders with 20 exhibitors and attend a product presentation from 10 others to receive:

Lunch and Dinner Meals FREE for two people from your store *

Training Sessions FREE

One night at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center

Up to $50 travel allowance (airfare or mileage) per store

  1. Place orders with 10 exhibitors and attend a product presentation from 5 others to receive:

Lunch and Dinner meals FREE for two people from your store*

Training Sessions FREE

  1. Register after April 1, 2011 to receive the following reimbursement:

A.  Place orders with 30 exhibitors and attend a product presentation from 10 others to receive:

            One night at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center

*               Breakfast meals are on your own

**                Accommodation reimbursements will be made up to but not exceeding Christian Retailing’s room rate of $99.00/night (base rate only) for a standard room at the approved event hotel.  Guests are responsible for any and all hotel taxes and fees.  Christian Retailing will not reimburse additional charges for room upgrades or amenities charged to your room.

***            Mileage for attendee’s that drive to the event will be reimbursed at a rate of up to .25 cents per mile (with a maximum of $100)
