We asked, what can stores do to make the most of their time with a sales rep?

"How can buyers get the most out of their reps? From a gift rep's point of view, I think by seeing the rep as a source of advice and consultation rather than just someone selling stuff. Ask questions, and there are no stupid questions. I think as a whole, we reps really do want to help the buyer and the store make sound decisions."
