Randy-Pratt-mugNew Leaf Publishing Group (NLPG) announced Wednesday the hiring of Randy Pratt as vice president of sales and marketing. Pratt will oversee marketing and sales strategies for all New Leaf Publishing Group imprints, including Master Books, New Leaf Press and Attic Books.

Previously, Pratt served as senior pastor and president/owner of Pennywise Learning. He is also a homeschool father of nine. With Pratt's experience in ministry and the education market, the company expects him to be a valuable asset for New Leaf’s Master Books imprint.

New Leaf Publishing Group President Tim Dudley commented on Pratt's hiring.

“We are experiencing a season of incredible opportunity and growth,” Dudley said. “As we celebrate our 40th year in business, our goal is to maintain our tradition of quality and service to the Christian community. Randy is the perfect complement to this mission. We are so thankful for the authors we get to partner with, such as Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis, and know that strategic and thoughtful marketing is crucial to maximize our efforts and impact for the kingdom. I could not be more thrilled that Randy is joining our team to lead the marketing efforts around our books and brands."

Pratt said he was proud to join NLPG.

"I am honored to join the NLPG team and work with an incredibly talented group of authors,” Pratt said. “I look forward to seeing the company’s mission lived out: 'To bring the lost to Christ and to bring balance to the body of Christ through the power of the printed page.'”
