Seattle-based beverage maker Jones Soda Co., known for its creative labels, named Flicker Records rock artist Subseven last week's MyJonesMusic feature band.

In an effort to support local, regional and national independent music scenes, Jones Soda Co. established Jones Independent Music to create an alternative way for music lovers and musicians to communicate, share and learn from one another.

Subseven continues to be listed on the Web site, but last week occupied the "feature" spot, which allows visitors to access the bands music and images.

Subseven is currently on a 15-city West Coast tour with Falling Up and Mourning September. The Little Green Tour wraps in time for Subseven to promote its March 15 Flicker release, Free to Conquer.
