The 20th annual Stellar Awards is scheduled for Jan. 15 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. Hosts will be Yolanda Adams, Tonéx and Donnie McClurkin.

Nominees for artist of the year are Tonéx & The Peculiar People for Out the Box (Verity), Bishop Paul S. Morton & The Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship Mass Choir for Let it Rain (Tehillah/Light), Fred Hammond for Somethin' 'Bout Love (Verity) and Israel and New Breed for Live From Another Level (Integrity Gospel).
