Center Street will release an updated and revised edition of presidential candidate Mike Huckabee's book, From Hope to Higher Ground, in January 2008. The book, which was originally released in January 2007, has sold out of stock due to Huckabee's rise in popularity in the last few months. Huckabee has written new material for this edition that includes his positions on several issues not addressed in the first edition.
