In light of the industry-wide initiative to cut supply chain costs, Christian retail technology provider Bookstore Manager has announced the release of a new software package called Category Performance Reports or CPR.

CPR works with Bookstore Manager's various point-of-sale solutions and is offered free of charge to Bookstore Manager customers.

The software provides several reporting options, including average sales category comparisons based on industry standards and the store's highest gross margin category product.

Industry comparisons are made possible as Bookstore Manager receives store data from across the country, compiles this data into aggregate reports that are then fed automatically back to the store.
