That's Life! Communications has produced an anthology written by 30 Christian Canadian authors, which will be presented to women across the nation as part of FaithLife Financial's Girls' Night Out events.

Hot Apple Cider: Words to Stir the Heart and Warm the Soul is a 296-page collection of personal experience articles, short stories and poems. The authors contributed money to print 30,000 copies of the book, which were donated to World Vision, a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization. Retail value of the books were almost $500,000, That's Life! Communications said.

The authors included in Hot Apple Cider were members of The Word Guild, an association of more than 325 Canadians. World Vision will give copies of the book to women who attend 80 FaithLife Financial's Girls' Night Out events, which features music and inspirational speakers.

"We are honored to begin partnering with The Word Guild, and we're thrilled to give every woman attending the Girls' Night Out events such a beautiful and powerful book," said Eric Spath, manager of artist associates, speakers and events for World Vision Canada.
