CMT announces new Faith Time religious programming |

Country Music Television (CMT), a unit of MTV Networks and Viacom, in partnership with Faith Time Inc., has announced the formation of Faith Time, a religious programming block. Beginning Sept. 1, Faith Time will be on seven days a week from 4:30-6 a.m. EST.
Alice Cocco, director at MTV Networks, said: "Our viewers both share steadfast, traditional values with optimism for the future. CMT will enjoy the benefit that Faith Time Inc. will bring to its audience of down-to-earth, family and community-oriented viewers. We look forward to a long, successful partnership."
