LifeWay Christian Resources has announced its 2008 Vacation Bible School (VBS) line: a tropical adventure and trail-blazing trip through the Wild West.

Introduced during the Southern Baptist Convention's June 12-13 annual meeting in San Antonio, “Outrigger Island: Living God's Unshakeable Truth,” based on Psalm 86:11, will help participants “develop the stability they need to become unshakeable in a world of shifting sands,” LifeWay said.

In “Club VBS: Cactus Canyon,” participants will hit the trail to learn about John 3:16, and how they can tell family, friends and people around the world about Jesus.

On Aug. 15, LifeWay will launch www.lifeway.com/vbs to offer additional information and resources related to both VBS lines, Baptist Press reported. Both VBS curricula will go on sale Dec. 1.
