Alliant Music Group (AMG) has announced the hiring of Herb O'Neal as CEO. O'Neal, a veteran musician and songwriter, will take over the day-to-day operations of the independent gospel music label. The shift allows AMG Chairman and founder Paul Wright III to focus on the creative process for all Alliant's upcoming new releases. “I wanted to spend more time on the recording process for all our artists and really raise the level of the quality of music we are putting out,” Wright said.
O'Neal said his goal is “to reach out to target areas in our community and foster releases that are specifically geared to reaching the people. We will definitely continue to seek out untapped talent and continue to grow our reach in the gospel marketplace.”
