Christian Music Trade Association elects chairman |

The Christian Music Trade Association (CMTA) has elected Don Noes as its new board chairman. Noes takes over the leadership from Mark Funderburg, the president of Word Distribution, who recently finished his two-year term and remains on the executive committee. Noes is senior vice president of distribution for Provident-Integrity Distribution. Ed Leonard, president of Daywind Music Group, was also re-elected to another two-year term as CMTA treasurer.
Rounding out the leadership of the executive committee of the CMTA board of directors is Greg Bays, who was elected secretary. Bays is senior vice president of sales and marketing for EMI CMG Distribution.
