CBA has made two additions to its Future of the Industry (FOI) Conference and added a new seminar to the lineup for the CBA Advance convention in January.

J. Thomas Jones-CEO of Bryan Equipment Sales, an independent wholesale distributor for Stihl Power Tools-is to speak at the FOI seminar “Channel Management That Works” on Monday, Jan. 29. C. William Pollard, former CEO of Fortune 500 company ServiceMaster, will speak at the “Effective Leadership: Reflections on God and Profit” FOI session on Tuesday, Jan. 30.

Also added to the Advance lineup is a special session for church stores, to be led by former CBA Impact Award-winner Beverly Miller. The free session will focus on service and store differentiation. The seminar will be held Thursday, Feb. 1.
