A new audio Bible recently launched in time for the holiday season. The Original GoBible is a preloaded audio device with a “Hear in a Year” program and topical index. The GoBible “incorporates patent-pending technology giving consumers, for the first time, the ability to search the entire Bible in audio format and select passages at the verse level,” said Andrew Block, founder and president of GoBible LLC. “By using The Original Go Bible's Topic Index feature, users can scroll through roughly 30 circumstances and emotions such as stress, patience, friendship, forgiveness … and select a topic to hear several verses that correlate,” Block said. Under its “Special Features” menu, The GoBible provides a “Hear in a Year” program to organize passages into 12- to 15-minute daily segments and navigates the user through the entire Bible in 365 days. The GoBible also comes equipped with a “Story Index,” which is a list of more than 200 Bible stories. Users can choose between Old or New Testament stories, and The GoBible will play that story from beginning to end.
The Original GoBible retails for $99.95 and is available at www.gobible.com in KJV or NKJV.
