As part of its 75th anniversary this year, Zondervan has revamped its Web site, www.zondervan.com, to feature new content and customized searching. Signs of rebranding were apparent at the International Christian Retail Show earlier this month, where a new blue-and-yellow “Z” logo was displayed prominently in the convention center and on door key cards at official convention hotels.

“Visitors to our site will readily see Zondervan as the relevant, engaging and trusted Christian information source that we have always been; the key difference is they will now want to visit us more often,” said President and CEO Doug Lockhart, of the new Web site. It “underscores Zondervan's commitment to be a consumer-engaged company, as we work to meet people's needs better, faster and in a more personalized way,” he said.

The new Web site will offer revamped search-and-browse functions, plus updated author information, audio and video streaming, a newsroom and a Spanish section for its Editorial Vida imprint. A new feature will be daily Bible verses, reading plans, Christian news, author interviews and other information for mobile devices, available at www.zondervan.com/mobile.

“People are on the go, but they still desire access to information,” Lockhart said. “This led us to create a mobile Web channel, the first of many features and personalized options we plan to introduce in the future.”
