To address workplace issues, Promise Keepers and the Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics are co-producing a conference on business ethics for America's top business executives.

The CEO Summit: Purposeful Leadership will be held June 9-10 at the Embassy Suites hotel in Rogers, Ark., in advance of Promise Keeper's men's conference in Fayetteville, Ark.

The leadership seminar aims to help participants find real solutions to common challenges, including how to address faith in the workplace, how to manage influence and hiring and firing decisions. Speakers will include Ken Blanchard, Don Soderquist and Rick Warren.
